Key Qualifications and Experience:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred Ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on IEP goals Assess students' functional mobility, motor skills, and physical access in school settings Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into daily activities Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based goal development
