Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Rehab Services Director, plans and administers physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the principles and practices of the profession, and as indicated by the referring provider when one is involved. Qualifications Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a minimum Bachelor of Science Degree Current Washington State Physical Therapist license Current BLS CPR certification
