Who You Are:
- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- Passionate about outpatient orthopedics, human performance, and functional rehab
- Interest/Experience in treating hand and wrist conditions (optional)
- Eager to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to a team
- Someone who thrives in a workplace where innovation and autonomy are encouraged
What We Offer:
Base Salary:
$90,000- $110,000 per year
- One-on-one care model utilizing 40-minute treatment sessions
- No hand-offs to aides or techs
- Incentive Pay (bonus): Unlimited additional earning potential via:
- Monthly Productivity Bonuses
- Commission on cash-based services like Deep Tissue laser Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wellness Service Referrals.
- Paid, quarterly individual meetings with management so that you are heard and understood
- Paid, monthly all-staff meetings to foster communication and collaboration
- Student Loan Assistance up to $5,250 per year
- 120 hours of accrued PTO/sick time (based on 2,080 hours worked per year)
- $1,000 Continuing Education Budget per year
- Simple IRA with 3% company matching
- $400 monthly healthcare stipend for healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- 6 paid holidays (when falling on regularly scheduled work days)
- 15-30 minutes of paid charting time daily, plus paid charting time during patient cancelation blocks.
