Staff Physical Therapist (PT)
Pay:
$45-$75/hour (based on experience) We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval Provide therapy and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team members Supervise PTAs, aides, and students Participate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planning Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needs Recommend appropriate durable medical equipment
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in the Washington Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Experience with EMR systems preferred We offer competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
