Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Description The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

• Physical Therapy or, Master's Degree
• Physical Therapy or, D.P.T.
• Physical Therapy. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS
• American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

3 months

• experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema.
