Physical Therapist (School) Amergis Healthcare Staffing - 3.4 Lakewood, WA Job Details Contract $2,437 a week 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications CPR Certification Regulatory compliance Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Physical Therapist (School-Based) We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and therapy services to students in a school setting. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting student development and collaborating with educational teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive student evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans of care Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders (when applicable) Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Ensure compliance with all professional, state, and federal standards Minimum Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program At least 1 year of experience preferred Strong knowledge of professional standards and best practices Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray as required) Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements) Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements Must be 18 years or older

Compensation Local Pay Rate:
