Physical Therapist HIDEF Physical Therapy - 5.0 Renton, WA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $110,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Continuing education credits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications Patient treatment planning Athlete patient care Patient care Patient progress monitoring Full Job Description You went to PT school to actually treat people. Not to churn 20+ visits a day, double-booked, handing half your caseload to an aide while you chart. That's not how we work. At HIDEF, you get 45 minutes one-on-one with every patient. Same PT, every visit. No double-booking. No aide handoffs. You build the plan, you run it, you see it through. Our Renton caseload is athletes and active people who show up motivated to get back to their sport. You'll have force plates and dynamometers in the clinic to actually measure progress, not guess at it. We're a 7-clinic sports PT group in the Seattle metro, and we're picky about who treats at Renton. We're looking for an experienced clinician who wants to sharpen their craft, not a warm body to fill a schedule.
What you get:
45-minute 1-on-1 visits, same PT every time, no double-booking A sports-focused caseload of motivated patients Force plates and dynamometers in every clinic Paid structured mentorship and bi-weekly clinical in-services Internal leadership development if you want to grow past treating Competitive comp with a performance bonus 401(k) match at 1 year $1,000/year CE reimbursement plus hosted courses Medical, dental, vision (Regence), disability, PTO that scales with tenure 4- or 5-day schedule, paid holidays plus a flex day Who we want: You're an experienced PT who treats athletes and wants to get better at it. You measure outcomes. You want mentorship and a team that pushes you, not a clock to punch. If that's you, apply. Renton is ready for you.Job Type:
