At Forefront, your schedule includes six paid 20-minute breaks throughout the workday . This dedicated time allows you to: Complete documentation during your scheduled workday Review evaluations and patient progress Prepare for upcoming appointments Organize and adjust treatment plans Collaborate with other Physical Therapists Discuss challenging or complex cases Complete clinical responsibilities Reset so you can remain engaged with your patients Your schedule is intentionally designed to support focused patient care, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and a sustainable Physical Therapy career . Use Your Clinical Skills to Treat the Whole Person Your role as a Physical Therapist should involve more than temporarily reducing symptoms. You will use movement analysis, biomechanics, clinical reasoning, functional assessment, patient education, and individualized treatment planning to understand what is limiting each patient. You will have the freedom to evaluate the full clinical picture, develop a meaningful plan of care, and progress treatment based on patient response and measurable outcomes.
