On-site military healthcare facility Make an Impact Through Physical Therapy Cogent Infotech/CWS Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a long-term federal healthcare contract supporting patients at Naval Base Everett in Everett, Washington . This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Physical Therapist looking for a stable, full-time assignment in a collaborative clinical environment. The typical contract duration is 1-3 years , providing an opportunity to build meaningful experience in federal healthcare. What You'll Do Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, function, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation. Help patients improve strength, movement, balance, and independence. Instruct patients in the proper use of canes, crutches, prostheses, and other assistive devices. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients on home exercise programs, wellness, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation. What We're Looking For Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program . Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or qualifying bachelor's degree for graduates prior to January 1, 2002. Current, full, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Recent clinical experience demonstrating competency in physical therapy. U.S. citizenship is required for this federal contract. Ability to successfully complete applicable federal credentialing, occupational health, and security requirements. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, up to 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday. Shifts generally scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No on-call requirement. Specific working hours will be provided in advance by the facility.
