• Position Overview
• The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders (when applicable). This role plays a key part in helping students improve mobility, independence, and participation in school activities.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform student evaluations and assessments + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans + Provide direct physical therapy services + Document therapy services and student progress + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams + Ensure compliance with all professional standards and regulations
• Minimum Requirements
• + Active
• Physical Therapist (PT) license
• in the state of practice + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program +
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• (school-based or pediatric a plus) + Strong knowledge of therapy practices and compliance standards
• Additional Requirements
• + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray) + Current health certificate (as required) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Rate:

• $60/hour
