Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a part-time physical therapist in a supportive school environment, guiding students toward their highest potential. This contract opportunity offers approximately one day per week onsite, ideal for someone seeking flexibility and work-life balance. While Wednesdays are preferred, scheduling can accommodate your availability. What we're seeking:
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to contribute meaningfully to student support plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to work with a variety of ages and ability levels Key responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of physical needs
  • Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and progress notes
  • Educate staff and families on interventions, adaptations, and at-home exercises
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations This part-time, once-weekly contract is perfect for an experienced or newer school-based PT interested in maintaining clinical practice with flexibility.
