Patient populations span orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, geriatric, and post-acute cases, with an emphasis on restoring independence and maximizing functional outcomes. Reporting directly to the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the Physical Therapist practices within a leadership structure that encourages professional independence while promoting strong interdisciplinary teamwork. Daily collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, surgeons, primary care providers, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists ensures coordinated, patient-centered treatment. Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, designing customized care plans, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic interventions, guiding neuromuscular re-education, and maintaining accurate electronic documentation. Ongoing mentorship, certification support, continuing education funding, and access to modern therapeutic equipment empower clinicians to confidently manage complex cases.
