The Physical Therapist reports to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services and works within an encouraging leadership environment that promotes both clinical autonomy and teamwork. Daily collaboration with compassionate nurses, hospitalists, surgeons, primary care providers, OTs, and SLPs supports coordinated, patient-centered treatment. Primary responsibilities include completing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, performing neuromuscular re-education, and maintaining timely EMR documentation. Extensive professional support includes mentorship, specialty certification opportunities, CEU assistance, and access to modern rehabilitation equipment, helping the Rehabilitation Therapist manage complex cases with confidence.
