Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university. Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing. Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required). CPR Certification. We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
