Job Overview A thriving outpatient clinic located in Appleton Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated and skilled physical therapist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Implement various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve function. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices. Proficiency in medical terminology related to patient assessments and treatments. Experience/certification in dry needling is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic systems and techniques, including trigger point therapy. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life. Strong organizational skills to manage patient caseloads effectively.
