Overview:

QuadMed is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for occupational health at employer-based clinics in Beaver Dam and Mayville, WI. New grads are welcome; one year of experience preferred. Part-time candidates with 32 hours per week may also be considered.

Caseload:

Treat patients of all ages, focusing on occupational health Mix of workers' comp, industrial rehab, ergonomics, return-to-work, and general ortho cases Approx. 8-10 patients per day for full-time PTs Opportunities to develop specialties and earn certifications

Compensation & Benefits:

$87,000•110,000 per year, depending on experience 401(k), PTO, holidays, and other benefits Collaborative, patient-centered work environment

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (typical 8:00 AM•4:30 PM) Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability No weekends or major holidays

Requirements:
