• Our Story Evolv was started with a mission to help active adults and athletes in Ozaukee County and the surrounding area get back to living and working out the way they enjoy without surgery, stopping activities they love or relying on pain medication.

We have numerous relationships with gyms, fitness facilities and other professionals in the fitness, health and wellness arena throughout our area who trust us with their members/clients. With that being said, our client population is active and motivated individuals who are having some type of pain or discomfort and want to get back to exercising pain free. Once clients are pain free and back to exercising pain free we also offer strength & conditioning/personal training to help them remain strong and pain free in a safe and welcoming environment. Evolv Physical Therapy & Performance is an out-of-network performance physical therapy clinic. From an orthopedic perspective, we offer physical therapy and sports performance services. We also have a women's health/pelvic health side of our practice, helping active women live and workout confidently, without having to worry about leaking or pain. By being out-of-network we can treat the client as a whole and provide more optimal care for our clients. That means we work for the client and not the insurance companies.
