Mon-Fri, 32 hours total Guaranteed hours: 32 Estimated weekly pay: $1,641 Net after taxes. What You"ll Do Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations. Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners. Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We"re Looking For Active or eligible WI license for Physical Therapist / PT. Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred / New Grad Acceptable Travel experience preferred but not required for the right clinician. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills. Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start. Why Travel with Continuum?
