Physical Therapist | Home Health | 0.8-1.0 FTE PRN Home Health & Therapy is a family-owned, Wisconsin-based company headquartered in Appleton and serving 20 counties throughout Central and Eastern Wisconsin. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services in the comfort of our patients' homes. You'll work directly with your patients to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in their lives.
