This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient‑centered care, professional growth, and working in a positive, team‑focused setting.
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findingsProvide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient educationDocument patient progress and maintain accurate clinical recordsCommunicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and referral sourcesParticipate in continuing education and skill developmentCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality careQualificationsGraduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapist licenseCPR certificationStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in an outpatient settingExperience with balance and vestibular rehab preferred (or willingness to learn)New graduates welcome to apply
