We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, restore independence, and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes through individualized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on gait training, strengthening, balance, endurance, mobility, and pain management Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Why Join Greenfield at

Qualifications:
