Shift:

0.8FTE, 32 hours/week; Weekdays, day shift. We are seeking dynamic a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. At UnityPoint Health

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence. Appropriately delegate tasks to PTA's and support personnel.

Qualifications Include :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Specific skills: Orthopedic and Pelvic Health experience/interest preferred Years of experience: New Grads Encouraged to Apply Why UnityPoint Health
