About Us Come join our friendly, caring, and constantly growing team at Crystal Training Institute (CTI)! We operate our clinic in one of the largest movement centers in Central Wisconsin. CTI has basketball and volleyball courts, batting cages, training turf, a weight area, a cardio room, golf simulators, a hockey training center, and more—all available to you when working at CTI! Job Summary We are looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Tech! In this role, you will work in an industrial outpatient physical therapy setting and one of our premier sports complexes in Central Wisconsin. You will assist in treating patients from all over our community of all ages, careers, and injury backgrounds, helping them reach their full potential under the direction of our physical therapists. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support & Patient Care
- Work alongside and under the direction of physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) to assist in delivering outstanding therapy services to patients.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision and guidance of a physical therapist.
- Prepare modality treatments as supervised by the physical therapist (including electrical stimulation, hot/cold packs, dry needling, and others). Environmental & Safety Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile clinical environment by sanitizing treatment tables, equipment, seating, gym areas, and offices.
- Keep clinic supplies fully stocked and track inventory levels to identify when supplies need to be reordered.
- Adhere closely to HIPAA and OSHA health and safety regulations at all times. Administrative & Schedule Coordination
- File documentation and patient charts accurately, keeping track of enough physical copies for orientation and pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and rescheduling patients on therapist schedules using CTI's specialized software system. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of related experience in a clinical, physical therapy, or athletic training setting (preferred).
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally between our three main locations: Mosinee, Schofield, and Wausau. Compensation & Perks
