As a Physical Therapist serving this community, you will gain exposure to a high proportion of orthopedic cases, plus experience with general weakness and neurological diagnoses. With a focus on both acute and outpatient care, you'll have the ability to develop your clinical skills in a supportive and professional environment. During your downtime, explore local hiking trails, charming shops, and nearby lakes—or simply relax and enjoy the peace of rural Wisconsin living. Schedule/Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Minimal weekends (possibly once every 2-3 months for 1-3 hours) No holiday requirements Qualifications/Desired Experience Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active BLS certification Skilled in orthopedic and basic neurologic rehabilitation Experience in both outpatient and occasional inpatient care is beneficial Professional attitude and team spirit Responsibilities Treat 8-12 patients per day in 30-45 minute sessions Conduct evaluations (90% outpatient, 5-10% inpatient evals) Collaborate with a dedicated therapy team, including supportive rehab aides Adhere to facility guidelines, including professional attire or scrubs and clock-in/out protocol Benefits and Perks Tax-advantaged travel stipends Travel assistance for a seamless transition to your assignment Premium compensation for your expertise and flexibility Comprehensive healthcare benefits and 401(k) Stable contract with job security while you explore new locations Expand your clinical scope, enjoy the rewards of travel therapy, and experience the adventure and professional enrichment waiting for you in Wisconsin.
