Responsibilities Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients using manual therapy and exercise based care. Follow established plans of care and communicate progress to the treating team. Complete documentation accurately and on time in line with Medicare and payer requirements. Deliver the practice's one on one standard of care in every visit. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent from a CAPTE accredited program. Active Wisconsin PT license, or eligible to obtain one. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to patient centered care. Compensation and Schedule $55 per hour base rate. $60 per hour for therapists holding OCS, a manual therapy certification, or dry needling certification.
