$2250.00•$2318.00 This outpatient Physical Therapist role is ideal for a clinician who is confident and enthusiastic about treating an adult neurologic population in a welcoming community setting. The clinic is located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, a lakeside community known for its friendly neighborhoods, well-maintained parks and convenient access to both Milwaukee and Chicago. Pleasant Prairie offers scenic trails, nearby Lake Michigan beaches, family-friendly recreation, and an active community calendar, making it an attractive place to live and work. In this role, you will focus primarily on adult outpatient neuro patients, working with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, vestibular disorders and other complex neurologic diagnoses. You will perform detailed evaluations, design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and track patient progress toward functional goals. A typical day includes a mix of initial evaluations, progress assessments and follow-up treatment sessions, with an emphasis on functional mobility, balance, gait training and patient education. You will work in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting designed to support high-quality neurorehabilitation. The clinic offers a variety of treatment spaces and equipment suitable for gait and balance training, strengthening and functional re-training. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that values open communication, shared problem-solving and a supportive atmosphere. Patient scheduling is structured to allow for thorough one-on-one care, with appointment lengths appropriate for neurologic evaluations and treatment sessions. Shifts are typically daytime hours Monday through Friday, offering a balance that supports both professional and personal life, with occasional flexibility based on patient needs and clinic operations.
