ABOUT US
Orthopedic & Spine Therapy is a privately-owned physical therapy practice with 11 locations across Wisconsin. Founded in Green Bay in 1990, we have grown entirely by reputation and demand. Our therapists maintain continuity of care from initial evaluation through discharge, and we invest more in continuing education than nearly any other PT organization in the state.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Due to growth, we are hiring a Physical Therapist for our Waupaca outpatient clinic. The primary caseload is female pelvic health, with additional opportunities in orthopedics, pediatric and male pelvic health, and work comp. There is genuine potential to develop and lead a specialty treatment area based on your interest and training. Full-time therapists see 11 to 14 patients per day, with one-hour evaluations and 40-minute follow-up visits. AI documentation tools are available to reduce charting time so you can stay focused on patient care.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. No evenings, no weekends, no major holidays. Full-time is 40 hours over 4 or 5 days. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 1 day and 10 hours per week will also be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
Eligible for Wisconsin state PT licensure Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship New graduates are welcome to apply Pelvic health experience or Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification preferred but not required
