Do:

Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session

Licensed Physical Therapist Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus! Licensed Physical Therapist This position is open to PTs at all experience levels. Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
