Job Description

Advantage Rehab, a physical therapist-owned outpatient clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Sports Program Lead to join our team of 10 clinicians at our Cody and Powell offices. Working in our Clinic The Sports Program Lead position is based at The Barbell Club location with access to a gym and turf. The successful candidate will manage 1 additional clinician and our support personnel to ensure smooth day to day operations, coach and train therapists, hold team members accountable for metrics and participate in documentation and performance evaluations. As the Sports Program Lead, you will work closely with community athletic trainers at the high school and personal trainers at The Barbell Club to coordinate patient sports performance and rehab. We enjoy a variable caseload with diverse referral sources driven by community relationships. Our patient base includes many repeat clients, direct access patients, post-operative clients and referrals from specialists and primary care providers, ensuring a stimulating practice environment. All clinical team members train directly with our Clinical Director, an Adjunct Faculty of Augustana University, our Practice Owner, who brings over 35 years of experience, and other clinicians with specialist training. The Role of the
Physical Therapist Sports Program Lead Includes:
Leading all activities related to building the sports program including participating in community events and provider education for sports clinic promotion. Managing the location team and day to day operations of the clinic Mentoring, coaching and performance management for clinic therapists and support personnel Evaluating and treating clients in an active fitness-forward environment with 40-60-minute evaluations and 40-minute treatment sessions Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients across a wide range of diagnoses Engaging with colleagues through in-house education and case management opportunities Reporting to the Clinic Director and being accountable for key program metrics The Skillsets & Qualifications for this position include: Wyoming Physical Therapist License or Eligibility is Required 2+ years' experience working in a physical therapy clinic (preferred, not required) 2+ years' experience leading, mentoring and coaching a work team (preferred, not required) 2+ years' experience networking and building community brand recognition (preferred, not required) 1+ years' experience working in an EMR system Experienced in providing feedback and holding team members accountable to meet and exceed performance metrics Experience working in an outpatient environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent relationship building skills with patients, providers and team members Ability to input accurate and complete medical records in a timely manner Ability to make decisions and judgements independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in HIPPA compliance and patient safety standards Driver's license and clean driving record The Ideal Candidate will possess the following characteristics Brings positive energy to the treatment of all clients Empathetic listener Trustworthy and confidential Accurate and detail-oriented Values teamwork, accountability, and professional excellence Reliable, dependable, and driven by a solid work ethic Open to learning from others Reflective clinician motivated to learn and grow
Clinic Hours and Schedule Possibilities:
This full-time position will work in our Cody and Barbell Club locations with a pre-determined schedule of approximately 38-45 hours per week. Hours of operation are between 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fridays. Individual schedules can be flexible but must be consistent.
Compensation:
Starting base pay of $ 85,000 - $ 105,000/year + based on demonstrable skill sets and years of experience Potential for quarterly bonuses
