Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our healthcare team in Jackson, United States. As a PT Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Assist physical therapists in delivering patient treatments and therapeutic exercisesApply and monitor therapeutic modalities, including hot/cold packsMaintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areasGuide patients through prescribed exercise routines under therapist supervisionEnsure proper setup and breakdown of treatment areasMonitor patient progress and communicate observations to physical therapistsMaintain accurate and detailed patient care documentationAssist with patient scheduling and contribute to efficient clinic workflowEnsure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standardsCollaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient careDemonstrate empathy and support for patients throughout their treatment journeyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong knowledge of physical therapy procedures and medical terminologyDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical stamina to assist patients and stand for extended periodsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented approach to patient care and documentationBasic computer proficiencyCurrent CPR certificationUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirementsKnowledge of safety protocols and infection control proceduresFlexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic demandsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to patient satisfactionAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
