Position Summary CTOA Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide (Front & Back Office) to join our fast-paced outpatient clinic. This role combines direct patient support under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist with front office administrative responsibilities. This position is primarily based out of our Corona office. While not required, flexibility to provide occasional coverage at our Murrieta clinic is strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant programs who want hands-on clinical experience in a high-volume, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Back Office / Clinical Support Assist Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care under direct supervision Set up and break down equipment for patient treatments Supervise therapeutic exercises as directed Clean and sanitize gym and treatment areas throughout the day Clean tables and equipment between patients Stock supplies and maintain organized treatment spaces Assist patients with bands, equipment positioning, and exercise setup Maintain clinic cleanliness and safety standards Front Office / Administrative Duties Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Check patients in and out Collect co-pays and other payments Verify insurance benefits Manage authorizations from insurance companies Schedule appointments Perform data entry Answer multi-line phone systems Maintain lobby area organization and cleanliness Physical Demands Constant standing and walking Frequent bending and reaching Lifting equipment up to 15 pounds (team lifting available for heavier items) Continuous movement throughout shift Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work full-time (8-5pm or 7-4pm) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications 1 year of Physical Therapy Aide experience Kinesiology or health science background Pre-PT or Pre-PTA student (prior to program start) Prior front desk or medical office experience Experience with insurance verification and authorizations Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, upbeat, and energetic Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable speaking with patients and making them feel welcome Interested in physical therapy as a long-term career path Comfortable working hands-on with patients Seeking meaningful clinical experience Able to commit to a minimum of 8 years to one year If you are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented clinic where you can gain real-world experience in physical therapy while making a difference in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.

Are you able to work full-time and commit to this timeframe? Our clinic is fast-paced, and you may assist 3-5 patients at a time while managing equipment setup and cleaning.
