Work with a dynamic team of passionate therapists. Customer Service is paramount. Specializing in both Land and Aquatic Therapy. Must have the ability to work independently, be able to multitask effectively, supervise exercises, and keep the pool and clinic clean and organized. Perform clerical duties; answering phones, scheduling, scanning, faxing, collecting and entering copays, authorizations and insurance verifications, etc. Previous physical therapy Aide or medical office experience is preferred. Experience with WebPT and or Kareo/Tebra is also a plus.
