• time or part-time PT Aide to add to our team of professionals.

The ideal candidate is someone passionate about helping others in their recovery process. This is a great opportunity to practice or improve your skills in rehab specific exercises, modality application, Applied Functional Science®, Yoga/Pilates based exercises and gym circuit training. Previous experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, but not required. This position also offers opportunity to transition our patients to fitness programs to continue their care or advance their skill set, or bring in your own clientele. We do require that you have formal training or extensive knowledge in Anatomy/Kinesiology, or an educational background that prepares you to educate and instruct clientele in proper mechanics of exercise and functional movement. This position pays a flat rate when PT aiding and a percentage when transferring clients to our Fitness Coaching Program. Additional duties may include cross training/work at the front desk: New patient intake, patient appointments, collections and other office duties.

Requirements:

Literate in computer software programs and navigation. Strong ability to multi-task. Excellent customer service Professional etiquette (phone and interpersonal)

Monday

• Friday (4 10's, 5 8's, or mixed)

Pay Rate:

Hourly

• $17 per hr for aide, and 50% commission when providing fitness/ transitional training sales, totaling $17-30 for that hour. Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or other medical degree preferred and/or Certified Fitness Trainer (NSCA, ACSM, NASM)

Job Duties:

Assisting clientele with exercises and applying modalities (hot packs/cold packs, ultrasound, stimulation, etc...) Obtaining/maintaining Fitness Training Clients Cleaning daily/weekly schedule and general clinic maintenance Scheduling patient's, collection, and processing patient payments Supplies inventory/ordering general office work Answering phones Benefits (Full Time Employee only): Medical/Dental/Holidays & Paid time off 401k with company match
