Athletic Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with 20+ years of success across three locations in West Los Angeles, Westlake Village, and Simi Valley. We are looking for smart, motivated candidates who are serious about a 1-2 year commitment to building real clinical skills.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Starting rate is based on your education, credentials, and verified clinical experience. Candidates with a BS degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biology, or a related field start at a higher rate. Performance-based raises at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. What You Bring A strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics — this is non-negotiable A Bachelor of Science degree (higher starting rate for related fields) Verified PT aide or clinical experience preferred — volunteer hours and short stints do not qualify Confidence guiding patients through exercise progressions under therapist supervision Professionalism, reliability, and genuine commitment to a 1-2 year tenure Strong multitasking and customer service skills — you will work the clinic floor and the front desk Specific Schedule Availability required during all of the following hours: (If you can't work these hours for at least a year
