Job Description

Physical Therapy Aide/Technician - Outpatient Clinic (Part-Time & Full-Time) We are seeking a personable, motivated, and reliable Physical Therapy Aide/Technician to join our outpatient clinic team. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility or a long-term career in healthcare. Outpatient Physical Therapy Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions available; flexible scheduling based on clinic needs
Pay Range:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous healthcare, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred but not required CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and eager to learn Ability to assist patients with exercises and remain on your feet for extended periods Experience Experience in a physical therapy, chiropractic, athletic training, medical office, or fitness setting is a plus Students pursuing careers in physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, nursing, kinesiology, exercise science, physician assistant studies, or other healthcare fields are encouraged to apply Customer service and administrative experience is beneficial Primary Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants in preparing patients for treatment Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises under the direction of licensed clinical staff Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment Apply hot/cold packs and other non-skilled modalities as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment Monitor patients during exercise and promptly communicate concerns to the supervising therapist Assist with patient flow, scheduling support, and other clinic operations as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and professional standards What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities Health benefits for eligible full-time employees Supportive, team-oriented clinic environment Valuable hands-on experience for those pursuing healthcare careers Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you're enthusiastic about helping others, enjoy working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and are looking to gain valuable experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, we'd love to hear from you!
