We need help on our mission of changing the world. We are a well-established physical therapy company with 3 locations on Oahu. Our 1st location opened over 15 years ago in Honolulu. In 2018 & 2020 we opened our 2nd and 3rd locations. Scaling so quickly and right at the start of covid was and has been challenging. We started having staff turnover, that lead to leadership being spread to thin thus company culture took a hit. New or unestablished culture leads to high staff turnover, and so on, An unfortunate snowball effect. Having these challenges is hurting the mission. We are seeking team members that can zoom out and see the big picture, that are passionate about helping people, uplift others and can allow themselves to be lifted up, be part of the solution and most importantly, be part of something much greater than themselves.
