‬ ‭ Job Overview‬ Position open : PT aide for Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 3 PM ‭ The Physical Therapy Aide & Office Assistant at Spineck Physical Therapy plays a key role in supporting‬ both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient‬ experience. This position involves assisting physical therapists with patient care, managing front desk‬ activities, maintaining exercise logs, helping with insurance verifications, and following up on billed claims.‬ ‭ Additionally, the role includes assisting with clinic marketing efforts to engage the community and promote‬ services.‬ ‭ Responsibilities‬
  • Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment.‬
  • Guide patients through prescribed exercises under supervision.‬
  • Maintain exercise logs and track patient progress.‬
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment by sanitizing equipment and restocking‬‭ supplies.‬
  • ‭ Assist with patient intake, ensuring completion of required forms and documentation.‬
  • Perform front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting‬ patients.‬
  • Assist with insurance verifications and follow up on billed insurance claims to ensure timely‬ reimbursement.‬
  • Support clinic marketing efforts by contributing to social media content and community‬engagement.‬
  • Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA regulations.‬ ‭ Qualifications‬
  • Previous experience in the healthcare setting.‬
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.‬
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.‬
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.‬
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms for clinic marketing (preferred but not required).‬
  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes and billing follow-ups (training will be provided).‬
  • Ability to lift and move therapy equipment as needed.‬
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
