Job Description

Opportunity to work with a unique physical therapy population
  • pelvic health!
In search of a friendly, motivated, reliable individual to be part of the Procare family and assist physical therapists in day to day operations in the clinic. Will provide training. For those in school pursuing degrees in healthcare, hours worked will count toward patient care hours required by most programs. Hours will stay consistent week to week. Multiple am and pm shifts available. Morning shift starts 8:30 to 1:00 pm; afternoon/evening shift from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. High schoolers and gap year students are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
  • Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
  • Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
  • Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering the phone if the receptionist is busy
  • Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas, light laundry on site Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to assist with lifting and moving patients, as well as standing for long periods of time Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, and professionalism
  • Ability to provide basic patient care under the supervision of a physical therapist
