Beyond Limits Therapy is dedicated to individuals of all ages exploring the limits of their abilities without pain or fear of injury. Our therapy aides are an essential part of the rehabilitation process and the success of our clinic. This position helps create an extraordinary experience for our patients by developing meaningful relationships with patients and being attentive to their needs. Also includes developing an efficient, responsive relationship with our physical therapists. Responsibilities Facilitates the smooth flow of physical therapy patients through the clinic

• Develops a mutually beneficial relationship with the patient and the PTs that will benefit the patient, the PT and the clinic
• Assists and follows the instructions of the physical therapists
• Communicates with the physical therapists and front desk staff
• Assists with modalities and exercises
• Keeps the clinic and equipment patient ready at all times
• Able to demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and respond to instructions from the PTs
• Able to hold conversations with a variety of patients. This is very much a customer service oriented position. Qualifications Exercise and anatomy background preferred
