Job Description
Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician Our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a motivated and energetic Physical Therapy Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment for both our patients and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working directly with people. After completing training, this individual should be comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the clinic. Collect, replace, and manage clinic laundry as needed. Clean and maintain treatment tables and therapy equipment. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. Welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Honesty, dependability, and professionalism Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training Preferred Qualifications Strong candidates may also have: A passion for helping others and working with people The ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy clinic hours A willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or Technician (preferred but not required)
