Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. We are seeking applicants that are available either full-time or part-time. This is a great position for applicants to gain experience in the field while in the process of apply to PT or PTA schools! We are searching for applicants that would be available full-time for for shifts that may vary typically 7am-4pm or 9:30am-6:30pm and will be available to start with in the next 2-4 weeks. Applicants searching for a part-time position are encouraged to apply as, however, please have either morning or evening availability.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment programs for patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
  • Aid in preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
Experience:
  • Knowledge of anatomy, exercise science principles, kinesiology is preferred.
  • Ideal position for individuals planning on or in the process of applying to graduate school in physical therapy or related field This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of physical therapy.
