Rehab Technician Full-Time | Sterling, VA Help patients stay motivated, engaged, and successful! At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to play an important role in helping patients achieve their goals. As a Rehab Technician, you'll work closely with patients throughout their therapy journey by helping them through exercises, keeping them engaged in their treatment plan, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is an active, fast-paced position where no two days are exactly alike.

What You'll Do Assist patients with exercises and treatment activities under clinician direction Help patients stay committed to their therapy plan Support scheduling, patient communication, and daily clinic flow Answer phone calls and ensure they're properly handled Process patient payments and appointment confirmations Collect patient success stories, reviews, and referrals Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy interacting with people throughout the day Are confident communicating and building relationships Life staying busy and solving problems Take ownership of your responsibilities Want to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives! Pay:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
