Full Job Description Chiropractic Assistant:

The position consists of assisting our doctors with patient care, but also performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything in the office is running smoothly throughout the work day. Chiropractic Assistant Duties include:

★ Checking patients in and out ★ Scheduling appointments ★ Patient Therapies ★ Cleaning Exam Rooms ★ Preparing patients for treatment ★ Restock Exam Rooms & Supplies ★ Medical Record management & requests ★ Referral Processing ★ Medical Assisting to Providers in clinic ★ Laundry & light cleaning Certification will be required within the first year of employment, with the cost of the first test covered as an employment benefit. This is a full time position. Candidate MUST be able to work Saturdays. We schedule for 4 – 10 hour days a week, and try to keep the schedule the same from week to week, unless coverage for days off are required. The position requires excellent and professional communications skills, attention to details, and patient care. A background in a medical office is not required, but is preferred.
