Job Description

Our office is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Chiropractic Assistant that is fluent in speaking both Spanish and English to work at the front desk assisting the Office Manager. Main job would be to work the front desk to answer phones, take payments, schedule patients, looking up insurance benefits, talking to attorneys etc. while also occasionally help in the back office assisting the doctor in the care and treatment of patients when needed. Applicant should have superior skills in customer relations, be attentive, upbeat, and punctual. Good communication skills with staff and patients, great phone etiquette, and exceptional multi-tasking ability is a must. You must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. Bilingual (Spanish) is a MUST . Please do not apply if you cannot speak Spanish. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Must being willing to work any day: Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm and one Saturday a month 8:00 am-12:00 pm Duties may include, but are not limited to: Paperwork, filing and scanning. Greeting Patients and monitoring patients. Taking payments. Scheduling patients. Looking up insurance benefits. Translating for the Doctor between him and patients. Setting up patients and assisting doctor with therapies. Keeping front office clean and tidy. Float from Front to Back office if needed.
SKILLS, DUTIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED
The assistant position is primarily responsible to answer phones and schedule appointments accurately and promptly. Set up and collect payments. Greet and direct patient flow.
Will also be asked to:
Aid the treating doctor in escorting patients to treatment areas and rooms, obtaining vitals, charting notes, performing modality therapy treatments, cleaning, stocking and filing when the staff in the back need help This is a multi-tasking position and attention to detail is VITAL! We are looking for a
