About the Role Therapy Technician Responsibilities Assist licensed therapists during pediatric therapy sessions Prepare treatment areas and therapy materials Escort and support patients and families throughout visits Encourage and assist children during therapy activities Support therapists with activities, paperwork, copies, and clinic needs Clinic Cleaning & Organization Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties, including therapy rooms, gym areas, lobby, bathrooms, and common spaces Who We're Looking For Genuine interest in working with children and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Basic computer proficiency Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Experience in a medical office, therapy setting, childcare, or customer service role is a plus, but not required Why Work at The SpOT Clinic?
