Duties Assist physical therapists with patient treatment sessions, including setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas Support patients during therapy exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed Help coordinate patient schedules and communicate effectively with clients from culturally diverse communities Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment while adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures Skills Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening to diverse patient needs Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities, respecting different backgrounds and health beliefs Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR to ensure patient safety at all times Experience with electronic health records (EHR) management systems for accurate documentation Embark on a fulfilling career where your energy makes a real difference!
