Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and medical support services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical procedures. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate smooth patient flow, assist with clinical tasks, and support physicians in delivering high-quality healthcare services in a fast-paced environment. Duties This is a certified position, WE WILL TRAIN and certify the right person. Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and updating medical notes with therapy treatments. Requirements include being on your feet for 8-10 hours, applying therapy modalities to patients, scribing treatment. Support patient service by providing compassionate care, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Medical EHR input, scribing, and some front-office duties Scheduling appointments Patient recalls for no-show appointments, in-active patients and care authorizations. Keeping a clean department/ treatment room organized. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology is a plus but not required. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations. Experience supporting medical-surgical units or Level I/II trauma centers is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments such as urgent care or hospital settings while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
