• PRN Mobile Home Visits | Private Practice Nikao Performance and Rehab Central Phoenix (85019, 85051) Job Summary Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing mobile home health practice in Central Phoenix.

This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 patient care, competitive per-visit pay, and excellent work-life balance. This position is ideal for a personable PTA who enjoys autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive team environment.

Position Details Employment Type:

PRN Setting:

Mobile home visits (private practice)

Minimum Commitment:

6 patient visits per week

Visit Length:

40 minutes per visit
