Overview:

Nikao Performance and Rehab is growing! We're seeking a personable, skilled PTA for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tempe. Flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN available. Home visits may be included.

Caseload:

1:1 patient care, 40-minute visits Treat patients of all ages with general ortho focus Specialty support available

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time:

~$60K/year (based on experience)

PRN:

~$40/visit, higher with experience $500 retention bonus at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year Benefits may include: health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, $1,500 CEU allowance—customized to fit your needs

Schedule:

Clinic hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Home visits: weekday or weekend availability Enjoy autonomy and work-life balance with a supportive team

Requirements:
