Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem Day Shift;
On-site Compensation:
$31.30 - $46.28 per hour (DOE)
Per Diem Differential:
+$2.88/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 for eligible candidates
Relocation Reimbursement:

Position Summary Modoc Medical Center is hiring enthusiastic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing rehab team. Essential Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists Support patient progress through personalized interventions and timely documentation Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams to enhance treatment experience Contribute to a positive team culture with flexibility, professionalism, and initiative Maintain compliance with EMR and California PT Practice Act standards Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapist Assistant program Licensed to practice as a PTA in California without lapses Current BLS/CPR certification Preferred Qualifications Experience or strong interest in outpatient, acute care/rehab, or skilled nursing/restorative program development EMR documentation proficiency Benefits Sign-On Bonus for
Full-Time Hires:
